Kings Cross Saturday Farmer’s market is run by ORGANIC FOOD MARKETS. They create open air market places supplying

  1. fresh Certified Organic food,
  2. gourmet artisan produce
  3. conventional fresh fruit and vegetables,
  4. freshly baked bread and patisseries,
  5. seasonal produce direct from the farmer,
  6. charcuterie
  7. local and French cheese,
  8. fresh and smoked fish
  9. Aussie truffles

…..it’s a veritable smorgasbord of gourmet goodies every week, rain or shine.

Organic Food Markets use the expression Certified Organic to identify food “which has been grown chemical free and with high standards of animal husbandry and has been checked by a third party. Where we believe a stall is carrying Certified Organic produce we give them one of these signs to display. If there is anything on their stall that is not Certified Organic it should be clearly noted as such by them.”
