There are also numerous coffee shops and cafe’s around the square including Douce Cafe which has fast become the first choice for the local French community and the local francophiles of Kings Cross, Elizabeth Bay and Rushcutters Bay. Maggie’s is another great spot for a breakfast.

Around the corner in Llankelly place there are several other great spots for refreshment after a hard bargain hunt at the market.
