1. HOW TO APPLY

Bring this form completed by you, the prospective stallholder and present to the
Market Manager your products or your services for his approval

2. EFFECT OF YOUR APPLICATION

Your application constitutes on offer by you to the Rotary Club of Kings Cross Inc.
(“Rotary Management”) to operate for a stall fee prescribed by Rotary Management
a stall on a Sunday Market day in Fitzroy Gardens 64-68 Macleay Street, Kings
Cross in accordance with the Rules prescribed by Rotary Management from time to
time regulating the operation of the Markets. The Rules currently in force may be
viewed on Rotary Management’s website www.kingscrossmarkets.org

3. PRODUCT APPROVAL CRITERIA

• Suitability for Kings Cross Rotary Market
• Creativity & innovation
• Quality of craftsmanship

4. WHAT TO DO AFTER APPROVAL

• Public Liability Insurance ($10 million)
• In the case of skincare and consumables – Product Liability Insurance ($10
million)

5. WHAT APPROVAL MEANS

Approval of your application constitutes acceptance of your above offer, the basis of
a contract between you and Rotary Management.
